1. Introduction

Welcome to Ben16. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our promotional raffles. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these rules.

2. Eligibility

To participate in any draw on Ben16, you must:

• Be a citizen or legal resident of Ghana.
• Possess a valid Mobile Money (MoMo) account registered in your name.
• Provide accurate personal information, including your region and address for prize delivery.

3. Raffle Entry & Payments

Tickets are purchased using Mobile Money. All sales are final. Once a ticket is issued, no refunds will be provided unless a draw is cancelled by Ben16 management. Each ticket represents one entry into the specific draw it was purchased for.

4. Winner Selection & Verification

Winners are selected through a transparent, randomized system. In accordance with Ghanaian law, high-value draws may be conducted under the supervision of the National Lottery Authority (NLA).

Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided during registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Ben16 reserves the right to redraw the prize.

5. Prize Delivery

Physical prizes (Phones, Laptops, etc.) will be delivered to the address provided in your profile. Cash prizes will be sent directly to the winner's verified MoMo wallet. Winners may be required to provide a valid ID (Ghana Card) to claim physical prizes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ben16 is not responsible for technical failures, network delays, or incorrect MoMo details provided by the user. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity or "botting."

7. Privacy

Your data is secure with us. We use your information solely for account management, prize notification, and delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.
